Carolyn is about welcoming you. She helps create your vision and has done that through her work and volunteering. She started her Events involvement with Sales at the Hyatt Seattle and various other hotels. She was also an integral part of the opening sales team at the Semiahmoo Resort in Blaine Washington. The idea of taking one of the first fishing canneries in the Northwest and transforming it into a World Class Resort spoke to her. Connecting with clients all over the world, Carolyn saw a need to serve in a different capacity by finding her clients the perfect location to meet their needs. She has been on all Continents of the world, connecting the varied cultures with her clients. Carolyn specializes in finding the perfect location for her client’s Vision. She thrives in working with Global Companies and Organizations.

Diedre brings over 20 years of hospitality expertise to global event site selection, with a foundation built on a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Washington State University. Born and raised in remote Alaska, she developed a deep respect for the land, nature, and indigenous peoples and cultures that has shaped both her worldview and her career. Her path has taken her across the country and to destinations around the world — including 11 years building and operating a remote Alaskan sport fishing lodge. Her five years serving on the board of a $3 billion corporation further deepened her understanding of what executives and organizations need from events — the right environment to build relationships, align leadership, and drive meaningful outcomes. She welcomes conversations with organizations and partners seeking meaningful, well-matched event experiences — and the people-first approach that only comes from a lifetime in hospitality.
